I'd get mad at the banks for making poor business decisions before I’d get made at Wall Street for making poor funding decisions. Did Wall Street implement the subprime mortgage skeem? I don’t consider it entirely one groups fault really. The Government, Wall Street, Banks, and the personal spending decisions of millions of Americans are all to blame.
