New Job Numbers

Even though unemployment dropped last week to 9.0%, Dilbert (or his pointy-haired boss) puts it in perspective.

  1. LOL Yea it seems that employers can get away with more when the unemployment rate is high because they know there employees are less likely to quit. I heard a supervisor at work say that they aren't putting up with any crap from any employee because there is a huge stack of applications on there desk. I prefer when its the other way around, when employers have to compete to win employees
