LOL Yea it seems that employers can get away with more when the unemployment rate is high because they know there employees are less likely to quit. I heard a supervisor at work say that they aren't putting up with any crap from any employee because there is a huge stack of applications on there desk. I prefer when its the other way around, when employers have to compete to win employees
